Farheen Yameen

Farheen is a mum of three and a proud part of the South Asian community. Originally hailing from Pakistan, Farheen has a strong interest in improving healthcare for everyone.

Farheen has a lung condition, a history of blood clots and lives with chronic pain among other long term health issues. As such, she has a solid understanding of the difficulties many patients may encounter in accessing medical care, using medical technology and self-managing chronic illnesses.

Farheen is passionate about making health information and digital tools simple, accessible, and inclusive. She believes patients and the public should be involved in developing new technologies and services because their lived experiences help create solutions that work for everyone.
